We are seeking a talented U/UX Designer to join our design team and contribute to the development of innovative and user-centered digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, while ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the product’s user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the product’s usability and user satisfaction.
• Create user personas, user flows, and information architecture to ensure seamless navigation and interaction.
• Collaborate with developers to implement design specifications and ensure the product’s visual integrity during the development process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, web application development, microservices, and cloud services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX Designer, preferably in web application and product development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, web application design, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in microservices – API design, with knowledge of RESTful API principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience leveraging cloud services like AWS Lambda and MongoDB to build scalable and performant applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
