Turnkey Learning and IIIT Hyderabad (IIIT-H) join forces to bridge the gap between academic research and industry applications, revolutionising emerging technologies. Introducing the Cooperative Engagement Program, a groundbreaking mentorship opportunity for scholars and startups, merging teaching assistance and engineering expertise. Turnkey Learning’s leaders and their affiliates bring considerable experience preparing Master’s level students at Carnegie Mellon University in high demand to offer comprehensive courses in high-demand fields such as Data Science, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and the Internet of Things. Through a combination of online and onsite education, students will benefit from the expertise of CMU’s distinguished professors and gain practical exposure in simulated environments. This initiative aims to provide valuable reskilling opportunities in India and equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

With a focus on training and preparing youth to acquire practical skills to fuel their professional and career aspirations while shaping them for success through post training advice and follow-through. Turnkey Learning ensures that youth receive top-tier instruction from its leaders and academic and industry affiliates from industry-leading experts. The courses cover cutting-edge topics, enabling students to stay ahead of the curve and thrive in competitive industries. Through practical exercises and simulated environments, learners can apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, building practical skills and gaining hands-on experience. This holistic approach to education empowers students to pursue rewarding careers and make a meaningful impact in the field of technology.

The educational programs are designed to provide a transformative learning and collaborative experience for selected IIIT-H students. The program offers several key value-adding features that benefit IIIT-H students, including
  • Applying classroom-acquired skills to engineering projects that involve the integration of software engineering and artificial intelligence.
  • Accessing a wide range of tools and technologies to enhance the performance of assigned duties.
  • Undergoing structured performance assessments to update the Comprehensive Internship Status Letter (CISL) and earn credits.
  • Receiving training from the experienced operations team at Turnkey Learning to further enhance professional skills.
  • Earning academic credits from IIIT-H based on performance measured by Turnkey Learning, which includes orientation, delivery of concepts to enrolled learners, and application of knowledge in engineering projects.
  • Receiving a mutually agreed-upon stipend as compensation for the internship.

Engage in professor-led teaching, gain in-depth content understanding, support virtual classroom, and report to Chief Academic Officer.

Engineering Activities

Collect learner feedback, provide content support, enhance conceptual understanding, and document issues for an improved learning experience.

Design Activities

Innovate learning aids, design sustainable software solutions, and develop intelligent systems to enhance the learner experience.

Support Activities

Gain exposure to aspects of enterprise IT, and assist our IT team with conferencing solutions, telecommunications, and cloud-based services tasks.

A step towards a bright future

Qualification and SelectionProcess

All students enrolled in the IIIT-H MSIT program are eligible to apply for the internship program, which includes an eligibility test to assess their programming expertise. Candidates who pass the test will be assigned a case study to evaluate their ability to learn new concepts outside their area of study. The presentation and findings of the case study will be used during the interview process conducted by Turnkey Learning’s panels for final selection.

Those who successfully complete the program with exceptional performance and metrics will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at Turnkey Learning upon their graduation from IIIT-H, subject to the company’s employment procedures and policies.
